Welcome to CreonOS! These Terms of Service govern your use of CreonOS, the world's first self-improving AI orchestration platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CreonOS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CreonOS is an autonomous AI orchestration platform that provides:
- Multi-agent AI coordination across multiple providers (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, DeepSeek)
- Self-improving code generation and optimization

3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of CreonOS, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept all responsibility for activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

- Your account has been inactive for an extended period

- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Scrape or harvest data without permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to code and content you create using CreonOS. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Code generated by CreonOS's AI agents is licensed to you under the MIT License, allowing commercial use. However, you are solely responsible for:

- Testing before production deployment

7. Payment Terms
7.1 Pricing
CreonOS offers multiple pricing tiers:
- Free Tier: Limited agent executions per month
- Pro Tier: Unlimited executions, priority support
- Enterprise: Custom deployments and SLAs
7.2 Billing
For paid plans:
- Billing is monthly or annual, based on your selection
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until period end
7.3 Price Changes
We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers maintain their rate for the current billing period.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. CreonOS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Service downtime or maintenance windows
- Data loss (maintain your own backups)
- Third-party AI provider outages (Claude, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek)
- Internet connectivity issues
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- CreonOS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
- We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- You use AI-generated code at your own risk
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreonOS, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of AI-generated code
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Your negligence or misconduct
11. Third-Party Services
CreonOS integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions or service interruptions.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:
- Email to registered users
- In-platform notifications
- Updated "Last Modified" date on this page
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
13. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination:
- Access to the Service will cease immediately (paid: at period end)
- Your data will be deleted within 90 days
- You may request a data export before deletion
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, contact us at legal@creonai.co.uk to seek informal resolution.
14.2 Arbitration
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court (except for small claims court).
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in England and Wales.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
