• Internet connectivity issues

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• CreonOS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• You use AI-generated code at your own risk

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in England and Wales.
