Questions about billing
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan gives you 500 credits once you confirm your email, and the full web platform, with no card.
What is a credit?
A unit of work, priced in the tables above. You are charged for work performed rather than for a seat, so a month where you build nothing costs you nothing.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing is deleted. Your workspace and files stay exactly where they are. Add a credit pack or move to a monthly plan whenever you want to continue.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage subscription, under Billing in the app, opens Stripe's billing portal, where you can cancel. Your workspace and files stay.
Do unused credits expire?
No. Your plan's credits are added to your balance each month and whatever you don't use stays there, as do credits from a pack. The AI image allowance resets each month.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Not yet. If that is what is stopping you, tell us, because that is the sort of thing we would rather hear from you than guess at.
